Some people find themselves in one of three scenarios.
First, they can’t afford or budget a membership for a gym that provides the coaching they need to get to where they desire.
Second, they’re too busy, managing their job and their family and can’t block out the time for the commute to and from the gym as well as the session itself.
Third, they’re intimidated. They have no exercise experience and don’t know where to start. They’ve never gone to any type of gym. They’ve been to a gym one or two times and their experience was not positive.

Learn to squat. Learn to pull. Put the two together and you’re doing it!
You don’t need complicated reps and sets, and most importantly, you don’t need a lot of time to commit to this concept.
