You have a demanding career. A family that depends on you. Limited time — and a long list of responsibilities.
You want to stay strong, capable, and present. Not just for yourself, but for your kids, your partner, your work, and everything life asks of you. That’s who we built our gym for.
For the past three months, we ran some digital marketing to see if we could reach more people like the ones already training with us — people who want real coaching, real community, and real results.
In three months, 72 people reached out. Fewer than 10 scheduled a visit. Most never showed for their appointment. One joined, then left a week later — said the schedule didn’t line up with their budget.
Look, our schedule won’t work for everyone. But for the right people? It works beautifully. Our members are busy professionals, parents, spouses, and leaders. They make it work — because they’ve decided their health, energy, and strength are non-negotiable.
There are over 200,000 people living in Worcester, MA. We’re not trying to reach all of them. We’re trying to find the 0.1%—the 200 who are ready to do the work and show up for themselves and their families.
We’ve heard the membership cost concern before.
A longtime coach, business owner and friend said to me a few weeks back: “People want Capitol Grille meals at Burger King prices.“
That hits home, doesn’t it?
People are spending $6 at Starbucks every day. Or $35 a day on DoorDash. Do the math — that’s $150 to $1,000+ per month. And yet $200–$500 a month for personalized coaching, community, accountability, and long-term health? That feels “too expensive.”
But what’s the cost of feeling tired, weak, or sidelined when your kids want to play, or when life demands your full energy?
What we do here is clear and intentional:
- We coach people through smart, safe, effective training.
- We help them build strength and avoid injury.
- We educate them on recovery, nutrition, sleep, and mindset—because these things matter.
- We build a community where everyone is expected to show up and put in the work.
This isn’t a quick fix or a trend. It’s a long-term approach to staying capable, durable, and ready for whatever life brings—whether that’s a demanding project at work, a weekend with your kids, or the inevitable challenges of getting older.
If that sounds like something you’ve been looking for, we’d be glad to talk.
We’re not for everyone. But we might be for you.
