A lot of adults get stuck in a perpetual cycle of burnout attempting to make lifestyle changes.
No matter how hard they try or what they do, whether it’s sleep, nutrition, exercise or well-being, they can’t seem to get results.
You want more energy but you’re just feeling more worn out.
You try different gyms, “diet plans,” get a lot of information from multiple sources on social media, but it’s still not enough or too confusing to figure out what you should be doing.
You aren’t improving with your fat-loss goals or how your body if feeling, and your time is limited.
In reality, maybe you haven’t felt good in years (or decades).
In spite or always feeling like something is getting in the way, like work, stress, family or financially…
New Year’s Resolution – let’s go! Uht, hold on, not yet…
Swimsuit ready for the beach – bring it! Maybe after the 4th of July…
That family vacation in August – going to crush Disney! Hopefully my low back can handle all the traveling…
The goal posts keep moving farther and farther away.
And this is why you’re burnt out.
Not prioritizing yourself isn’t helping.
However, at the end of the day, there is a bigger issue.
You don’t have a clear plan of action that allows you to change your body in a way that improves your life.
What you want is the feeling of momentum.
You want proof and results that you’re making progress.
You want to wake up every morning feeling like you can jump out of bed.
You want to have your nutrition in a place that makes you feel satisfied and energized.
You want to play with your kids, go for hikes and longer runs, do hours of yard work, and see the numbers go up in the gym – all proving that you have improved your mobility, strength and endurance.
Truthfully, you want help. You want a team of coaches and a community you’re accountable to that are as fired up for you and your goals as much as you are for yourself.
This can happen.
It takes time, it takes work, it takes discipline, it takes consistency, it takes patience and often it takes getting uncomfortable investing in the support you need to do things that move you in the direction you want to go.
The change you want is possible.
Momentum is possible.
