A Back To School Routine With Pillars

The start of a new school year often brings a mix of relief and new challenges for those of us with kids.

My wife (a teacher) and our kids are back in school, which is great for my personal routine. Now as my kids get older, the number of after school activities they have seems to compound each year, which means I need to be super effective and efficient in my work while maintaining my health and well-being.

Side note, I enjoy this build in activities because we get more time together in the car, at the games, and all the in-between times.

I’m not trying to survive by sacrificing my health, work, or family time.

The goal is being able to create harmony between all of life’s responsibilities while personally thriving.
