A couple of weeks ago, Kate’s alarm went off at 4:20am. She was on the waitlist for our 5:30am TEAM session and she set her alarm in case she got bumped in overnight. When she checked the app, she was still waitlisted – so she went back to bed.
Then at 4:55am, her phone buzzed with a notification: someone late canceled. Kate was in.
She jumped out of bed, got dressed, and drove from the next town over. Before 5:25am, she walked through the ELEVATE doors, ready to train.
That’s commitment. It’s not about motivation or convenience. It’s doing the thing you know makes you better, even when it would be easier not to.
Kate continues to experience results in and out of the gym because she consistently chooses herself in moments like these. One session doesn’t change everything – or feels like it pushes the needle – but the stacks and stacks of sessions like this do create change.
This is why she is always moving forward. Kate’s activity is consistent, and her mindset is clear. She shows up, she takes action, and she doesn’t let obstacles become excuses. This is the foundation of lasting progress – the kind that adds up day after day, year after year.
