What Does Commitment Look Like? Video Below.

We talk a lot about consistency and its importance and impact on achievement.

We sent out an email newsletter a few months back recognizing one of our members, Kate, and her commitment to being consistent.

It’s no wonder why Kate has continuously achieved her goals and made progress in our gym. She’s committed to the process of each session having a compounding effect on the next. Kate also has 5 key factors that reinforce her commitment.

This morning, Brianne showed up despite having a poor night of sleep. Brianne is 29 weeks pregnant and focusing on getting in 2-3 sessions a week to maintain her strength through pregnancy. She’s not looking to bust through plateaus or achieve PRs. She’s focused on maintain strength to feel her best going into labor and post-partum.

Kate and Brianne are both demonstrating their commitment to being consistent.

Commitment breaks down to these 5 things:

  1. Your personal values and your identity.
  2. Having purpose and meaning behind your goals.
  3. Discipline, which is greater than motivation.
  4. Belief and confidence.
  5. Your personal environment.
